WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL TREELOGIC PROCESS?
TREE shall process the data requested and, in any case, those stated as obligatory for the provision of the requested service or the contracting of the product selected by the User. The User must provide those data marked as obligatory in order for the forms to be sent, and for the product and/or service provision to take place.
To provide data from third-parties you must have the third party's consent and undertake to deliver all the information contained in this Privacy Policy to the interested party, owner of the said data, relieving TREE of any liability in this respect. For the processing of collaboration requests, they will be kept for 2 years.
In the case of CVs sent, they will be kept for 2 years after receipt.
The personal data collected through information requests and consultations will be kept for 2 years after receipt.
USER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The User:
• Guarantees that s/he is over 18 years of age, and that the data provided to TREE are true, exact, complete and updated. For these purposes, the User will be answerable for the veracity of all the communicated data and will endeavor to keep the information provided to TREE accurate and up to date, so that it reflects his/her actual situation.
• Guarantees that s/he has informed any third parties whose data s/he provides of the aspects contained in this document. Likewise, s/he guarantees that s/he has been authorized to provide their data to TREE for the stated purposes.
